Nikki Rose Lecture: Culinary Adventures in Crete

Super Chef's readers will be familiar with Nikki Rose of Crete's Culinary Sanctuaries, an international acclaimed education program that celebrates Greece's cultural and culinary heritage focusing on eco-agritourism (see Crete's Culinary Sanctuaries.

If you are lucky enough to be in New York City on Tuesday, May 12, then try to attend her presentation at the Kellari Taverna. She will be presenting a talk on Greek cuisine along with Chef Gregory Zapantis of Kallari Taverna and Konstantine Drougos of Wonderful Ethnic Wines - followed by a dinner of Cretan and Greek specialties. What a treat!
