By JULIETTE ROSSANT Though Charlie Palmer closed Kitchen 82 earlier this year, Kitchen 22 remains open and thriving, Kelley Sparwaser of the Charlie Palmer Group told Superchefblog recently. Charlie was just firing up the "Kitchen" concept when Super Chef was being written, and both restaurants are discussed (pp. 76, 79, 82, 198, 209. Charlie has a whole chapter unto himself in the book.)
