The Miami Herald and The Arizona Republic have both reprinted an article written by Nicki Britton entitled "Mac 'N' Cheese in Espanol" from The Houston Chronicle, including a lengthy interview with Juliette Rossant. The Miami Herald renamed the article "Betty goes bilingual with first English-Spanish cookbook," while The Arizona Republic kept Houston's title.
