Emeril: Miami Rocks for Relief

By JULIETTE ROSSANT Wait: is that a headshot of a chef up there with Gloria Estefan and Queen Latifah? It sure is: it's Emeril Lagasse! Tonight, at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, this trio and a whole lot more conjoin for a musical concert including The Honey Brothers, HBO Entourage star Adrian Grenier, and The Insider's Pat O'Brien as emcee. Emeril and Miami-based pal and fellow super chef Norman Van Aken will kick off the event by co-hosting a VIP sit-down, New Orleans-cuisine dinner set to jazz music. You can bet that there's gonna be some gumbo on that menu. The concert benefits CBS affiliate WFOR TV 4, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, Workers Disaster Relief Fund, MusiCares Hurricane Relief Fund, and the American Red Cross.
