Allison Vines-Rushing: Survived Hurricane
By JULIETTE ROSSANT ![]() Late last night, superchefblog received word from Allison Vines-Rushing and husband Slade Rushing. Their new restaurant, Longbranch, is damaged but "fixable," they said. The couple had moved down to the New Orleans area at the beginning of the summer to open a new restaurant (see previous article). They will open as soon as possible and contribute to the rebuilding of the area. "We consider ourselves extremely lucky... We are thankful for everything we have right now."
