By JULIETTE ROSSANT Chef Wilo Benet was recently chosen Entrepreneur of the Year 2005 in the Entertainment category by the Puerto Rico offices of Ernst & Young (E&Y) by a panel of judges based on both local and international culinary accomplishments. Wilo's recipe for success? "Modesty, honesty, stirred together with justice and finally sprinkled with kindness," according to a press release. Don't forget generous helpings of discipline, consistency, and the maintenance of high standards. Look for more to come from Puerto Rico's most highly regarded chef.
