Recently, superchefblog received the following message about White House executive chef-nominated and James Beard Award-nominated chef Lucia Watson from a "loyal and appreciative customer": Lucia is the most amazing chef I have ever encountered. I have lived in Minneapolis for my entire life and I go to her restaurant at least once a week to see what amazing concoctions she has come up with each time. Her presentation is unsurpassed and the quality and taste of her dishes are exquisite. In addition to this she utilizes all local and organic goods, encouraging community growth and organic farms to thrive. I strongly urge you to recognize her this year, for her accomplishments as a chef, an employer, a community member, and a truly outstanding individual. We should all have such fans!
