Amazon UK's Steamy Xmas Chefs

From now until Christmas, reports Brand Republic, Merry Olde England's newfangled scullery babe, Nigella Lawson will be among those celebrities whose faces alternate on Amazon.co.uk's homepage for its Christmas marketing push, including exclusive material. The campaign launched with exclusive photos from Ewan McGregor's new book Long Way Round, which recounts his motorcycle trip across Asia with his friend Charley Boorman (remember him from The Emerald Forest?). Celebrities include Robbie Williams and (Sir) Paul McCartney. And if Nigella isn't steamy enough, never fear: Naked Chef star Jamie Oliver will reveal his fantasy Christmas dinner guest. The goal is to transform Amazon.co.uk's site into a "celebrity advent calendar." Will Amazon.com do the same in the US? If so, who should be the US counterparts in chefdom?
