Latest Forbes Celebrity Chefs column

While I see that the "Celebrity Chefs" column continues, it is sad to see the number of chefs listed dwindle, as well as no overview of the industry - that was one of the factors that drove me to write Super Chef. It was fun to see my editor Peter Kafka show up on video, even if chefs did not merit his mention.......
