Hi Eric, I'm Fernando and I write you from Tuscany where with my family I manage one of the historical Restaurants in Pisa. I was born in 1965 as you and from so many years I follow your experiences of job and for me you are among the first Chefs of the world. I would be honorable to leave Italy and to come to work in your staff. I am not crazy but only ambitious and I love my job, I would like only to improve and to learn something from a giant as you. I know that you are very busy , but if between a Pistou Vegetable Soup and a Tuna Foie Gras you want to write me an e-mail I would be very happy.
